Love Came Down — Your Hope Community Invite Toolkit

A simple toolkit to help you share your story and invite someone you love this Christmas.

Why Your Invitation Matters

Most people don’t come to church because of an ad. They come because someone they trust invited them. Christmas is one of the easiest times all year to invite – people expect church invitations. You don’t need a perfect life, polished story, or all the answers. You just need honesty about how “love came down” in your life this year and a simple: “Would you come with me?”

The 3-Step Invite Plan

  1. Pray – Ask God who to invite.
  2. Post – Share a short story + invitation on social media.
  3. Personally Invite – Text, call, or talk in person and say, “Come sit with me.”

How to Share Your “Love Came Down” Story in 20 Seconds

3-Part Story Framework

  1. Before / The Moment: “This year has been…”
  2. How Love Came Down: “But I experienced God’s love when…”
  3. The Invitation: “If you’re looking for hope this Christmas, I’d love for you to come with me to our Christmas events at Hope Community Church.”
